Service Policies

Turnaround times (TAT)

• Vetted site proposals: within 2–3 business days of your order.
• Niche edits / link insertions: typically 5–10 business days from your approval to live link.
• Guest posts: typically 7–14 business days from your approval to live URL, depending on the host site's editorial queue.
• Large orders: delivered on a rolling basis; we report each URL as it goes live.

If a placement is running late, we tell you before you have to ask.

The 6-month replacement guarantee — full terms

If, within 6 months of placement:

• the published post or page is removed,
• your link is removed or changed to nofollow without prior agreement, or
• the host site is deindexed by Google,

we replace the placement on an equivalent or better site (same or higher DR tier and traffic band) at no cost. Claims are verified against Ahrefs and the live page; replacement is our obligation, not store credit.

Not covered: changes you request after publication, sites affected by your own actions (e.g., disavowing the domain), or links altered because the surrounding content violated the publisher's terms (we flag risky requests before placement to prevent this).

Content specifications

• Articles are original, written by our team, minimum 800 words, matched to the host site's topic and editorial tone.
• You review and approve content before publication (skip approval if you prefer speed — your choice, stated at order time).
• One dofollow, in-content link to your target URL per placement. Additional links (e.g., a supporting citation) at the publisher's discretion.
• You may supply your own content; publisher editorial requirements still apply.
• We decline content for adult, gambling, and pharmaceutical offers, and anything illegal in the target market.

Approval & payment

• You approve every site before payment. Rejecting a proposed site is free, and we re-source alternatives.
• Payment is due after site approval, before placement. Wise, Payoneer, or bank transfer.
• Prices are per placement as listed on the pricing page; volume discounts apply automatically at 5+ links/month.

Refunds

• If we fail to deliver a placement within the stated TAT plus 14 days, you choose: full refund of that placement or continued fulfillment.
• If a replacement under the guarantee cannot be fulfilled within 30 days, that placement is refunded in full.
• Completed, delivered placements (live URL reported, link live and dofollow) are not refundable — the guarantee covers post-delivery problems instead.

Reporting

Every order closes with a report: live URL, anchor used, site metrics at placement time. Agencies receive unbranded versions suitable for client forwarding — see white label link building.
