Link Insertion Service: Vetted Placements, Proof Before Payment
Most link insertion services ask you to pay first and hope the site is real. We do it in the opposite order. Before you send a dollar, you see the exact page your link will sit on, the site's live Ahrefs DR, and a current organic traffic screenshot. If the data doesn't hold up, you don't approve the placement — simple as that.
LinkVetted is The Vetted Link Building Agency. Our link insertions are editorially placed links added to existing, indexed articles on real websites with real search traffic. Same product some agencies call niche edits — if you searched for that term instead, our niche edits page covers what they are and why they work. This page covers what matters when you're actually buying: what you get, how we vet each page, and how the order process runs.
What's included in every link insertion
Every order, at every tier, includes:
- A dofollow link inside an existing, indexed article — not a new post, not a footer or sidebar placement
- Pre-approval data before payment: live Ahrefs DR, organic traffic screenshot, and the exact target URL
- Your choice of anchor text, with a sanity check against your existing profile (see our guide on anchor text ratios)
- Contextual sentence rewrite so the link reads naturally, added by the site's editor
- A live-link report with the placement URL once published
- 6-month replacement guarantee — if the link is removed or the page is deindexed within 6 months, we replace it free
- White-label reporting on request, so agencies can pass reports straight to clients
No PBNs, no link farms, no "private inventory" you can't inspect.
How we vet every page — not just every site
Plenty of vendors screen at the domain level and stop there. A DR 55 domain can still have dead pages that haven't seen a Google visitor in years. So we vet the specific page, not just the site:
- Live DR check. We pull Domain Rating from Ahrefs at the time of your order — not from a stale spreadsheet.
- Real organic traffic. The site must show genuine, stable organic traffic in Ahrefs. Sudden spikes or cliffs get rejected.
- Page-level review. The article receiving your link must be indexed, topically relevant to your target page, and preferably ranking for something itself.
- Outbound link audit. We check what else the page and site link to. Casino, pharma, and other off-topic commercial links get the whole site rejected.
- Traffic trend, not snapshot. A 12-month view catches sites decaying after a core update — the kind of placement that looks fine at checkout and worthless six months later.
You see the evidence for steps 1–3 before you pay. That's the difference between a vetted link insertion and a line item on an invoice.
Link insertion pricing
Link insertions run roughly 15% below our guest post tiers, because there's no new content to produce — the article, its age, and its authority already exist.
| Tier | Site quality | Price per link |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | DR 20–39, verified organic traffic | $59 |
| Growth | DR 40–59, verified organic traffic | $127 |
| Authority | DR 60+, verified organic traffic | $237 |
Compare that with guest posts at $69 / $149 / $279 on the same tiers — full details on our pricing page. If you want a new article written around your link instead, see our guest posting service.
Payments via Wise, Payoneer, or bank transfer. Orders go through a short form — no calls required.
How ordering works
- Submit the order form. Target URL, preferred anchor text, niche, and tier.
- Receive vetted options. Within 2–3 business days we send candidate placements with live DR, traffic screenshots, and the exact article URL for each.
- Approve and pay. Pick the placements you want. You only pay for what you approve — via Wise, Payoneer, or bank transfer.
- We place the link. The site's editor inserts your link with natural surrounding context. Typical turnaround is 7–14 days after approval.
- Get your report. Live URLs, anchors, and metrics in one document — white-labeled if you need it.
FAQ
What is a link insertion? A link insertion is a link added to an existing, already-indexed article on another website, placed editorially within the content. Because the page already has age, authority, and often existing rankings, the link tends to pass value faster than a link from a brand-new post.
How is this different from your niche edits service? It isn't — link insertions and niche edits are two names for the same placement type. We keep both pages because people search for both terms. This page focuses on the buying process and our vetting standards; the niche edits page explains the concept in more depth.
Can I see the site before paying? Yes — that's the core of how we work. You get the exact article URL, live Ahrefs DR, and an organic traffic screenshot for every candidate placement before payment. Nothing is charged until you approve.
What happens if a link gets removed? Every link insertion carries a 6-month replacement guarantee. If the link is taken down or the page drops out of Google's index within 6 months, we replace it on a comparable vetted site at no cost.
Do you work with agencies? Yes. We're white-label friendly: reports carry no LinkVetted branding on request, and we can match your existing client reporting format. Many of our orders come from agencies reselling placements under their own brand.
